Services we provide:

  • Loan Origination – identify and screen potential borrowers to originate new government guaranteed loans for lending institutions, including both Small Business Administration and USDA loans.  Our service encompasses the entire process, preparing and analyzing loan application documents to ensure underwriting requirements are met.  We develop a comprehensive package to enable bank lenders to quickly assess the credit strength of potential borrowers.  This service allows a bank to increase its loan portfolio without the overhead expense of dedicated SBA staff.
  • Loan Sales to the Secondary Market – solicit, collect and analyze bids for loan sales to ensure the lender receives the highest premium for sold loans.  We settle the sale and complete all the required documentation.  This service allows smaller banks to tap into our nationwide industry connections.
  • Loan Servicing – complete and submit SBA forms to meet monthly reporting requirements.  We enable our clients to feel confident in the government guaranty by ensuring collection of all required borrower documentation, including proof of insurance and current financial information.  In addition we establish and maintain escrow accounts for loan payments and conduct annual site visits.
  • Loan Compliance – audit loan closing files to ensure compliance with SBA standard operating procedures.  We also conduct compliance reviews of existing SBA loan portfolios to identify deficiencies and develop an action plan to protect the SBA guaranty.  This service is popular among banks acquiring failed banks assets, enabling them to quickly identify potential issues.
  • Loan Workouts - review loan files for compliance with SBA closing requirements, to ensure the bank is able to collect if the loan fails.  If necessary we submit required notification to the SBA regarding the liquidation status of the loan, and we prepare and submit SBA guaranty packages after the collateral is liquidated.
